We are seeking an energetic, positive, and engaging receptionist to be the face of our early childhood campus and provide administrative support for Wendover Campus at Thompson. The position requires four hours in the morning and four hours towards the close of the center.

Responsibilities

Our front desk receptionist will be the first-person customers encounter when they visit our campus, so we're looking for a candidate with great listening and communication skills.

Campus Support Responsibilities
  • Performs front office duties - reception, phones, granting visitors/staff access to building.
  • Maintains comfort and safety of lobby/waiting area.
  • Orders office and classroom supplies.
  • Processes and delivers all incoming and outgoing messages, i.e., phone, email, fax, mail.
  • Enters HelpDesk tickets as needed for maintenance of building.
  • Schedules, organizes, and provides support for group meetings as requested. 
  • Other clerical, financial and data functions as required.
Mental Health Services Support Responsibilities:
  • Contacts new referrals for therapy to schedule initial assessment and send consent forms through Docu-sign.
  • Assists with maintaining up to date records in Electronic Health Records
  • Assists with scheduling of appointments. 
  • Supports clinical staff with necessary communication to clients.

Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of administrative experience.
  • Must be familiar with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
  • A valid NC driver’s license, at least 3 years of driving with a driver’s license and clean driving record are required. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required.
Pay Rate: $13.00/hr - $15.00/hr
