Responsibilities
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals and snacks according to prepared menu and deliver to classrooms on schedule for students of child development center and or residential campus.
- Collect and clean all dishes, pots, pans etc. for next meal.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, stock room, refrigerator, freezer, dish wash area and all equipment utilized in the preparation and distribution of food.
- Ensures that all CACFP, and Health and Sanitation standards are met.
- Work closely with Health and Safety Inspectors to meet all health and safety standards.

- Experience in the field of commercial food preparation; experience in service to pre-school, elementary school, and teen-age population preferred.
- Experience and/or education in the field of nutrition and commercial food preparation; experience in nutrition services in childcare or school settings preferred.
- ServSafe certified, or the ability to become certified within 90 days of employment.
